Presented by the Bill Nunn Theatre Outreach Project in collaboration with Row House Cinema, this special evening celebrates the legacy of the late, great Pittsburgh native and acclaimed stage and film actor Bill Nunn. Best known for his unforgettable role as Radio Raheem in Spike Lee’s Do the Right Thing, Bill also left a powerful legacy as founder of the Bill Nunn Theatre Outreach Project, which provides under-served public school students access to transformative theatre education.
The evening will feature a special screening of Spike Lee’s iconic film Do the Right Thing, along with special guests honoring Bill’s extraordinary impact on both stage and screen.
As we continue to celebrate his legacy, a portion of the proceeds from this event will directly support the Bill Nunn Theatre Outreach Project. For every ticket sold, $4 will go back into sustaining our mission of providing life-changing opportunities in theatre arts for young people across Pittsburgh.
